Make Them Famous!

My brother has 4 kids...they like Star Wars... so I made custom versions of them and made a movie... lost of stolen footage and music...

http://youtu.be/kfGUwPzfskA

Space Pilot : head swap from another Luke and a repaint of Yavin Cermony Luke

Jedi : head swap from a Starkiller onto a Jedi Knight Luke

Jedi : Beru with a Scarlett (G I Joe head)

Evil Sith Lord : Hoth Trooper head on an Emporer

and a Bounty Hunter : Antilles (Revenge of the Sith) head on a Holiday Boba Fett

The "movie":

Star Wars / Star Trek mashup from an unproduced figure

Love it of hate them, the figures from the 2009 Trek redo/reboot had some good stuff for customizing (Spock / Uhura figures) unfortunately they did poorly, so the second wave never happened. this guy was supposed to be released in 3+3/4 inch size... so I bought the Kre-O Keenser figure and used him in 2 customs.... the second being closer to what he was in the movie.

Kea Moll :A Rare Find! saves me the trouble....

One of the more interesting female figures made back in the 1980's was Kea Moll from the very hard to watch Star Wars Droids cartoon. A rare find in the ocean of boy toys."Female Figures Don't Sell " was the mantra of most toy companies in the 1970-1980... which is why you alway notice 1 or 2 of the few female characters missing from your favorite toy line.

Kea Moll: is Human female member of an anti-Imperial resistance cell on the Outer Rim planet Annoo . She joins Thall Joben & Jord Dusat as they take on the Fromm Family of Crime.
Her is how she appeared in the cartoon and some of the card-backs and illustrations

looks pretty good, but thanks to the skills (or lack of) this is the monstrosity that Kenner released .... eeeewwwwww

So for years the idea of doing a custom Kea was always in my mind, but I didn't think I had the skill to sculpt a correct hair style and then add the hair to an existing head... then on eBay - BAM - a damn find "realistic" look Kea Moll

it was a tad pricy.... but .... saves me the trouble....

Odds and Ends....

Just a few background, expanded universe, cartoon  and non-film characters.

Return of the Jedi:
A rebel tech that can be seen prepping, loading, programing (?) the holograph dysplya on Home One for the Mon Mothma's briefing... need to repaint his tunic  so the color is more of one shade...

Shadows of the Empire:
Dash Rendar in his often shown sleeveless outfit , Dagobah Luke arms , and a spare set of Dash arms , create his comic book look

Star Wars - Legacy:
Cade Skywalker in his sleeveless outfit, with tattoos. Another set of Dagobah Luke arms and gloves from an Imperial help create this figure

 Star Wars - Droids:
Admiral Terrinald Screed. Indian Jones german motorcycle scout , the glove of G.I. Joe figure ( Deep Six... Wetsuit ?... not sure) the head from a Wing Commander figure and some sculpey were used to make the Imperil villain from the cartoon. I kept the olive drab color - even though the actual uniform was grey

Star Wars - The Clone Wars (Genndy Tartakovsky's) :
Annakin Skywalker in his battle damages outfit while confronting Asajj Ventress on Yavin 4 during chapter 17 through 19.

Return of the Jedi:
Using Talon Karrde's vest and a second Salet-Marae, I created a similar, but not 100% accurat rereation of the old Kenner Yakface
