Star Trek The Motion Picture : An Expensive Movie...Expensive Customs

to create customs of the Enterprise crew, and keeping them looking like the vintage Mego 3+3/4 inch figures, I shelled out way too much to buy figures from other Mego lines (Buck Rogers, MASH, Dukes of Hazard, CHiPS, Bionic 6) to do these crewmen:

a few that were never made (Uhura, Chekov, Sulu) and a bunch of the background or 1 line extras were also made...want to make a security one...but have to wait till the next paycheck

 

 

 

 

 

Star Wars / Star Trek mashup from an unproduced figure

Love it of hate them, the figures from the 2009 Trek redo/reboot had some good stuff for customizing (Spock / Uhura figures) unfortunately they did poorly, so the second wave never happened. this guy was supposed to be released in 3+3/4 inch size... so I bought the Kre-O Keenser figure and used him in 2 customs.... the second being closer to what he was in the movie.
