Quick and simple - years after they were released - I was able to find all of the Star Trek ReAction figures (and almost all the other series) at a seriously reduced rate, I then began army building - making multiple crew members and naming them after secondary characters that appeared in the TOS episodes .

Forcing a Customized Awakening
Not to thrilled with the selection of the 5POS figures from the Force Awakens, I tried to tweak and upgrade them a bit with drilling out helmets and adding "unmasked" heads
here's Phasma and Kylo with their faces exposed

Getting Hitched
Something that I recently started doing (since my own wedding) is making cake toppers.
Because I have limited skills as a sculptor-
the hunt for a head that matches the Bride & Groom can be difficult & sometimes expensive

One Quay, Two Quay, Weequay...
A whole bunch of Jabba's goons, Weequays and Niktos...
Took the First Drummers posed legs and placed some Hoth Luke legs on him, more articulation and still retains some of the movie realism
Took the larger Second Drummers static legs off and used a Rancor Keeper's legs
just looks better...IMO
Used random Skiff Guard parts to make the Skiff pilot that faces off with Lando
and did the same to make some more of the guards
this guy was announced by Hasbro...1 month after I finished mine
